Your use of the website is subject to these terms of use below. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must refrain from using or making a purchase from By making a purchase, we assume that you have read and completely understood the Terms and Conditions set out below.

Prices are correct at the time of order and, prior to making a deposit or full payment, are subject to change without notice. Prices generally do not include packing or delivery costs. We reserve the right to amend any errors published on the website.

We generally have all items in stock, however, in the odd occasion that an order is made on an out of stock item, we will order this item in and notify you as the customer. You must advise us immediately if you do not wish to continue with the order – refunds will be processed and Paypal fees may be applicable.

We are not a licensed automotive workshop and thus shall not be held liable for ANY issues which appear as a result of you using any of the products purchased from our website OR using any advice/information provided. While we test our products to ensure that they function as stated, it is up to you as the buyer to do your due diligence and ensure that you are carrying out a function which you are capable of and have a working knowledge over. Should you have any queries, please direct these to a licensed professional. Any advice provided on this website should only be used for informational/guidance purposes.

Issues include, but are not limited to, accidental, damage, failures, safety or warranty problems relating to you or an automobile you work on. You will be solely responsible for any legal costs or damages incurred as a result of purchasing and using products sold by us. Kindly seek advice from your local authorities regarding the legality of the use of the products on our website. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may vary from goods depicted or described. Photographs are not owned by unless otherwise specified on the photograph.

We endeavor to give accurate delivery estimate for all our parts sold on the website. You will be given the opportunity to cancel the order and the deposit or full payment refunded if we are aware of the delay before the order has been placed with the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we can only provide an estimate on delivery dates and times as there are other factors to consider beyond our control.

It is your responsibility to follow up your order and advise if it has not arrived within the specified time frame. We will not be held responsible for items once they have been dispatched from our warehouse. Should you wish to purchase delivery insurance, you will need to make a note of this at check out. Extra charges will apply. It is also your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and be available when delivery is being made; you will be liable for any costs incurred for re-delivery as a result of incorrect information provided or an unsuccessful delivery attempt. Should any incorrect parts be sent to you, we will be happy to send the correct item free of charge after incorrect parts have been returned in the original condition and packaging. Any fees incurred for re-sending the incorrect part back will be fully reimbursed after a copy of the postage receipt has been forwarded to us. Please ensure that you inspect your order as soon as it has arrived and DO NOT sign for goods which are damaged. Once signed, it is assumed by the courier that the item has been received in good condition. If item is damaged, please inform us within 2 working days.

On discovery of any defect in the parts, you must immediately notify us in writing of such defect. You must not carry out any remedial work to alleged defective parts without first obtaining approval from us to do so. We will only accept a warranty return if it installed by licensed mechanics or professionals. Invoice of installation must be produced when claiming warranties. The warranties will void if the parts have been mishandled, misuse, incorrectly installed, installed by non-license mechanics or professionals including a DIY (Do It Yourself) jobs.

Refunds will not be given if you have simply changed your mind, found the product elsewhere or ordered the wrong product. Under special circumstances, store credit may be provided if an item is returned in unused/brand new condition. If the product you have purchased is faulty, we will offer you a repair, exchange or refund, however, please return all faulty parts within 7 days of notifying us – otherwise we assume that the issue has been resolved and you are no longer seeking a repair/exchange or refund. Returns are not accepted for any incorrectly delivered product with its packaging already opened, or its contents tampered with or already been installed.
